Most SaaS teams collect plenty of user data, but it’s scattered across tools, hard to interpret, and even harder to act on.
Userorbit helps teams truly understand user behavior and needs by bringing product analytics, surveys, NPS, feature requests, and feedback into a single system. It highlights what users care about, where they struggle, and what’s blocking adoption. So teams can make confident product decisions instead of guessing.
But insight alone isn’t enough. Userorbit helps teams close the loop with in-app messaging, announcements, product tours, and a self-serve customer portal that includes help articles, documentation, changelogs, and roadmaps. By connecting feedback, education, and in-product guidance, teams can onboard users faster, reduce friction, and continuously improve the product experience without stitching together half a dozen tools.
Our take on AI (and why you won’t see it front and center - yet)
We didn’t position Userorbit as “AI-first” in this launch on purpose. At its core, Userorbit is designed to be a powerful standalone product - one that helps teams understand users, drive adoption, and close the loop without depending on AI to be useful or trustworthy.
That said, AI is central to how we think about the future of customer engagement and digital adoption. We’re building toward a system of specialized agents - product, marketing, customer success, and more. Each focused on a specific job and working together across analytics, feedback, announcements, roadmaps, and in-product guidance. It wont be just a gimmick but a natural evolution of how teams already work.
Today, we’re focused on nailing the foundation. Tomorrow, that foundation powers an AI-driven product operating system - one that helps teams move faster, stay aligned, and build better experiences with less manual effort.
